The daddy of clutch pencils. Caran d’Ache invented the modern clutch pencil in 1929 with the Fixpencil. The 22 & 3is a lovely item – Swiss made, with a lightweight but very strong aluminium barrel and wear-resistant powder-coat finish in satin black; polished metal clip in classic Caran d’Ache design sharpener incorporated in the push-button; 2mm/3mm lead supplied in B; choice of colours for the push-button.

This classic item is rarely seen on these shores, but in our ceaseless quest to bring the best and most interesting pens and pencils to you, we managed to unearth some stock.

Refill with any 2mm/3mm lead.
