The black and red striped barrel is made of cellulose acetate in an elaborate process.

The rings and clip are finished with 24-carat gold. The bicolor 18-carat gold nib is available in a variety of EF, F, M and B nib widths. As a counterpart to the piston fountain pen, there is a matching ballpoint pen with twist mechanism in the range.
