Introduction

PRO-USE 231, a model equipped with Platinum Pens proprietary OLEeNU Guard Mechanism, will be released for the first time from the PRO-USE series. The mechanical pencil for drafting that can be used comfortably every day is gaining popularity for writing and drawing. OLEeNU Guard Mechanism protects the lead from external shock. In addition, the tip comes with the Pipe Slide Mechanism that allows stowing the lead pipe inside when not in use, which is a common feature of a drawing pencil. The safety design prevents damage to the pipe from external shock.

The OLEeNU Guard Mechanism: the two clutch parts built into the tip fully cover the lead. When pushed, the two parts work jointly to minimize the space where the lead can easily break, protecting the lead inside the pencil from external shock when dropped.

The Pipe Slide Mechanism: the lead pipe can be safely stowed when not in use to prevent the lead from breaking as well as to prevent getting scratched by the pipe.
